John Fitzmaurice, Principal

John Fitzmaurice founded JCF Real Estate, Inc. in 1993 to help investors and clients—through limited liability corporations, partnerships and other arrangements—revitalize underutilized assets, serve underserved markets and ultimately contribute to enhanced investment returns in real estate. Early in his career, John came to believe value is added by improving assets and building relationships. In forming his own firm, John has been able to devote his energies, resources, expertise and his company to this pursuit.

John's perspective has been greatly influenced by his early years in the industry when, as a work out expert, he viewed things almost solely from the financial vantage point. That, coupled with the belief that real estate is based on local market fundamentals and the firm's extensive experience allows the firm to quickly deliver the best solutions for each individual situation and to ultimately contribute to a clients' prosperity.
