JCF Real Estate executes 33,000-square-foot lease in West Side building

CHICAGO, IL. (July 12, 2007) - The Center for Employment Training (CET) has signed a lease for 33,000 square feet of office space at 100 N. Western Ave. on Chicago’s West Side.

Stephen J. Chrastka of Chicago-based JCF Real Estate Inc. represented CET - a non-profit vocational training school - in the transaction.

CET will be one of several tenants in the roughly 500,000-square-foot, building, which houses both office and industrial space. The three-story building was especially attractive to CET because of its close proximity to CTA train and bus lines and the Eisenhower Expressway.

Stuart Eng of Chicago-based Jupiter Realty Services represented the building owner in the transaction.
