Paul Robertson joins JCF Real Estate
CHICAGO (June 26, 2007) - Paul B. Robertson, a 15-year veteran of the local commercial real estate industry, has joined Chicago-based JCF Real Estate as executive vice president of development, the company's founder and president, John Fitzmaurice, announced.
"Paul is a seasoned and well-respected real estate professional with great experience in this industry," Fitzmaurice said. "We are very pleased to have him join our team."
Robertson comes to JCF Real Estate after spending six years as a vice president for Chicago-based ORIX Real Estate Capital. His experience there concentrated on the development of institutional quality commercial property, from the entitlement process through final construction.
He has also worked previously in various capacities for AEG Real Estate Advisors, WISPARK Corporation, and Household International since beginning his career in 1991.
Paul earned three degrees from The University of Wisconsin at Madison: a Masters of Science in Business, Real Estate Investment Analysis; a Master of Business Administration in Finance, Investments and Banking; and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investments and Banking.
He now resides in Arlington Heights.
